Court also refuses approval and declares bankruptcy InselAir International BV

On Tuesday February 26th 2019, the Court ruled on the appeal against the refusal of approval of the creditor agreement of InselAir. The Court also refused approval (homologation) and confirmed the decision of the first judge.
The takeover candidate interCaribbean has not provided security for compliance with the creditor agreement. Tilgent Capital Trust, which was initially prepared to take over InselAir, has withdrawn. The Court subsequently ruled out the bankruptcy of InselAir International BV.
