Build Dome at a new location may begin
One of the applicants for the provisional provision has been granted a ministerial order to place his scaffolding with a maximum length of 4 meters on public roads on Rooseveltweg (section B-R).
This time he is not allowed to stand in the same place on the Rooseveltweg as the previous years, because this year the "Dome" will be built at that location. The scaffolding must be built a few meters away. He does not agree with that. The applicant received support from three other stella builders who also want to build a scaffold in the area mentioned.
The Court considers that the business interest, namely that a larger (international) public can enjoy the carnival parades, outweighs the interest of the applicant. So you can start building the "Dome". The minister of VVRP still has to decide on the petitioner's objection.
